Gdi32DeleteDC(SafeHandle) Method
Deletes the specified device context (DC).
An application must not delete a DC whose handle was obtained by calling the
GetDC(IntPtr) function.
instead, it must call the
ReleaseDC(IntPtr, IntPtr) function to free the DC.
