MonitorInfoExSizeOfStruct Field
The size, in bytes, of the structure.
This member must be set to
Marshal.SizeOf(Of MonitorInfoEx) before calling the
GetMonitorInfo(IntPtr, MonitorInfo) function.
Doing so lets the function determine the type of structure you are passing to it.
